Steve Ballmer blames pirates for slow Windows Vista sales.
Or maybe it’s because his company is stuck in 1995 and the upgrades are far outweighed by the outlay, slowness, perceived pointlessness and general lack of innovation in his product. Get over it, Steve. And, y’know, maybe go out and hire some better developers, developers, developers, developers.
